Foxwood

Foxwood is an established residential neighborhood in Crestview, one of the areas that filled in as the city grew north of the coast and became a practical base for families working at Eglin, Duke Field and the surrounding installations.

Homes are principally single-family residences on generous lots with mature trees, spanning a range of ages and styles. It is a settled neighborhood rather than a new development, which means bigger yards, established landscaping and pricing that compares favourably with almost anything in Okaloosa or Walton County closer to the water.

Crestview offers schools, shopping and quick access to I-10 and Highway 85, with the Gulf beaches around 45 minutes south. For buyers who need square footage and land on a realistic budget, this part of the county deserves serious consideration.
