Shoal River Landing

Shoal River Landing is a residential community in Crestview built around the Shoal River Country Club on the southern side of the city, and it has continued to expand through several phases as Crestview has grown.

Homes are newer single-family residences across a range of plans and sizes, on lots considerably larger than anything available at comparable prices on the coast. Golf is the anchor amenity, and the community has the sidewalks and green space you would expect of a modern development.

Crestview appeals to buyers who want space and value, and who are willing to trade beach proximity for it. The location gives reasonable access to Eglin Air Force Base, Duke Field and the I-10 corridor, which makes Shoal River Landing a common choice for military families and commuters, as well as retirees who want a golf community without coastal pricing.
