Destiny East

Destiny East is a gated residential community in Destin built out in phases on the north side of Scenic Highway 98, a short distance from the beach accesses and the shopping along the main corridor.

Homes are predominantly newer single-family residences, many of them two-storey coastal designs on manageable lots, which keeps upkeep sensible for owners who are not here year-round. Community amenities and the gate are a meaningful part of the appeal, as is the fact that the streets do not carry through traffic.

Destiny East tends to attract a mix of full-time residents, second-home owners and investors. It offers newer construction and a gated setting at a more approachable price than the beachfront neighborhoods, while still putting the Gulf, the harbour and Henderson Beach State Park within a few minutes drive.
