Grande Pointe at Inlet Beach

Grande Pointe at Inlet Beach is a gated residential community on the north side of Highway 98 at the eastern end of Walton County, a few minutes from the Inlet Beach public access and the shops and restaurants at 30Avenue. It was built as a year-round neighborhood rather than a beachfront development, and that shows in the mix of owners: full-time residents, second-home buyers and investors all share the same streets.

Housing is mostly newer coastal cottages, townhomes and carriage-style homes in the Low Country and Florida vernacular styles common to this part of 30A. The community has its own amenities including a pool and open green space, and sidewalks throughout make it easy to get around on foot or by golf cart.

The location is the real draw. You are close enough to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Inlet Beach to enjoy all three, but far enough off 30A that traffic in high season is manageable and pricing is more approachable than the beachfront blocks.
