Mainsail

Mainsail is a Gulf-front condominium community in Miramar Beach, built in phases and set directly on the beach at the eastern end of Scenic Gulf Drive near Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

Residences are principally two- and three-bedroom condominium units, many with Gulf views and balconies, in low- and mid-rise buildings rather than a single tower. Shared amenities include pools and tennis, and the beach is a few steps from the door.

Mainsail has an established following with returning renters, which supports occupancy for owners who put their unit into a rental programme. The location — beachfront, but at the quieter eastern end away from the busiest part of the 98 corridor — is a large part of why people keep coming back.
