East Navarre

East Navarre covers the residential area on the eastern side of Navarre along the Highway 98 corridor, heading toward the Okaloosa County line and Fort Walton Beach.

Housing here is a mix of established single-family neighborhoods and newer construction, generally on comfortable lots, with a wider range of ages and price points than any single planned community can offer. Buyers looking for value in the Navarre area often end up here.

The practical advantage is commuting: East Navarre is the closest part of Navarre to Hurlburt Field, Eglin and Fort Walton Beach, while still giving easy access to the Navarre Beach bridge and the Gulf. Add Navarre’s schools and the sound-side parks and it is a straightforward choice for families who need to balance work, budget and water access.
