Bay Point

Bay Point is a gated resort community on a peninsula between Grand Lagoon and St. Andrew Bay, on the eastern side of Panama City Beach near the pass. It is a self-contained address with golf, a marina and a resort at its centre.

Property covers a wide spread — condominiums and golf villas through to large waterfront homes with deep-water dockage. The Bay Point marina is one of the better boating facilities in the area, with quick access to the pass and the Gulf, and the golf course and resort amenities are on site.

The gate, the water and the golf make Bay Point a favourite with boaters, retirees and second-home buyers who want a quieter setting than the main beach strip while staying close to the restaurants, St. Andrews State Park and the airport. Values here have held well, supported by the marina and the limited supply of waterfront lots.
