Carillon Beach

Carillon Beach is a gated New Urbanist beach town at the western edge of Panama City Beach, right on the Walton County line. It was designed in the same tradition as Seaside — walkable streets, a town centre, a mix of housing types and a deliberate sense of place.

Property includes cottages, townhomes and condominium residences, from small beach cottages to larger Gulf-view homes. The community has private beach access, pools, tennis, a town centre and frontage on Lake Powell as well as the Gulf, which is an unusual combination.

Carillon is quieter than the main Panama City Beach strip and closer in feel to 30A, without 30A pricing. It has a long record as a vacation rental location, and the gate plus the walkability make it particularly popular with families.
