Sunnyside

Sunnyside is a beach neighborhood on the far west end of Panama City Beach, close to the Walton County line and the quieter stretch of coast that runs toward Inlet Beach.

Property here includes beach cottages, homes and condominium residences, with Gulf-front and near-Gulf positions available. The area developed gradually rather than all at once, so there is a mix of older and newer stock and a corresponding spread of prices.

What buyers come for is the location: beaches that stay noticeably less crowded than the central strip, easy access to 30A and Rosemary Beach a few minutes west, and Pier Park and the airport within reach to the east. For anyone comparing the west end of Panama City Beach with 30A addresses, Sunnyside usually offers a meaningfully better price for a similar stretch of sand.
