Highland Parks

Highland Parks is a residential neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach on the north side of 30A, set on some of the higher ground in the area near Dune Allen and Gulf Place.

Homes are newer coastal-style residences, a number of them elevated to take advantage of the topography, with several floor plans and lot types across the community. Shared amenities include a pool, and the layout with sidewalks and green space suits families and walkers.

The elevation matters here for more than the outlook — properties set higher above sea level can carry meaningfully different flood insurance implications than beachfront addresses, which is worth understanding before you buy. The beach accesses at Dune Allen and Gulf Place are a short ride away, as are the shops and restaurants at the western end of 30A.
